The Y81 series hydraulic metal balers press the leftover of all kinds of metal materials; including steel shavings, steel scraps, aluminum scraps, copper scraps, and stainless steel scraps, with qualified shapes of cube, octagon, and cylinder.

To decrease transportation and smelting cost, and to increase casting speed, these hydraulic metal balers are applied in steel factories, recycling industries and ferrous metallurgical plants.

Features:

1) Hydraulic driven with alternatives of manual or PLC control

2) Bale discharging alternatives: turn out, push out, forward or manual

    discharging

3) No footing bolts needed during installation: use diesel engine when

    electric power is unavailable

4) There are ten grades of baling force form 63 to 400 metric tons. The

    daily productivity ranges from 4 to 40 metric tons
