Y81 series of hydraulic metal baler are applied in steel plants, recycling companies ,ferrous &non-ferrousmetal smelting in dustry to compact metal scrap (steel parings ,wasts copper & aluminum , waste stainless steel , scrap from discarded automobiles ) into acceptable furnace charges of cuboids , cylinders ,octagons & other shapes , so as to reduce the cost of transportation & smelting , to speed up furnace charging.
Features 1 .hydraulic drives adopted to all machine type with alternatives of manual or PLC control semi-automatic operation:

3.No footing bolts needed during installation ;use diesel engine in replacement where electric power is unavailable
4.Baling force 10 grades from 63 to 400 tons ;productiviy from 4 to 40 tons every 8 hours
